Use GTK_STATE_INSENSITIVE for the foreground of cells for CLists in the

* gtk/gtkclist.c (get_cell_style): Use GTK_STATE_INSENSITIVE
for the foreground of cells for CLists in the insensitive
state, instead of GTK_STATE_PRELIGHT.
